2015 suburban wireless charge

It worked once with my phone and my wife's. Samsung s7 with no cases on. Now it doesnt work. Is there a trick or is it just that shitty of a product

Some people took the rubber out. I dont use mine because i need the cable for android auto anyway. I also believe its low amp, so charging is slower than a cig lighter.

GM rubber pad is to thick, and the charger is not correctly positioned for the larger phones.

remove pad modify to fit.
