14-up Silverado/sierra.. you can look up part number for all exact fits because there's prob more vehicles they fit as well but I know for sure Silverado/sierra

It depends what truck you have. Newer silverados you don't have to

I'm not sure. I know the 16-17 silverados you don't have to, on some you can cut one of the heads off the bolt and slide the new provided bolt through the other way instead. My 14 sierra I had to take the bumper off, however after taking the grill off the front bumper is only held on by 6 easy to get to bolts...
