I need to have mine shortened. But I know they have some issue I'm boosting the truck as well so what are you guys doing about after market driveshaft

Find a local driveshaft shop and have them shorten and re-tube to stronger material if that is a concern. Should be relatively simple!!

I had a heavy duty driveshaft made for $600, not sure how much it would cost you just to get shortened but if it were me and I was adding boost, i would get a heavy duty shaft. Tje stock one have come apart with just tuning, so boosting it may prove to much for the thin walled stock shaft.

I'm more asking do I get steel or aluminum. And wbat size is everyone using. Also are you guys going to a bigger u joint
