5.3L Intake and exhaust ports/bolts the same as on LT1?

Hey all,

 

It's a long story as to why, but I need to know if the intake and exhaust bolts and ports (ie where the intake mani and exhaust mani) are the same on the 5.3L as the LT1.

 

Can anyone confirm?

they are the same bolt pattern (6.2 uses the same manifolds as the 5.3, and LT1 and L86 heads are the same), the head is different on the 5.3 though

I know the head itself is different, and it's a long story as to why, BUT I just wanted to make sure I could bolt on a 5.3L heads on a LT1...

the combustion chamber is a different diameter, so no you shouldnt use them

I'm aware of this as well, was concerned with the actual physical ability to bolt them on to an LT1 though.
