FXR Retrofit Help

Hi guys,

In the middle of an LED running light and FXR Retrofit upgrade. Just finished the biggest PIA opening up the headlights, but stumped on a small item.

 

How do I remove the "shroud" around the stock lens? There are 3 white screw like pieces holding it in, but not sure how to loosen or remove them.

 

Anyone done this before?

Do note that this is for a kit from fastheadlights. So the. BRacket that they talk about is only if you bought that from them. Hope that link above helps in some sort of way.
