2015 Silverado Mylink resets

I have 18k on my 2015 Silverado, the past month my when I start my truck all the radio/xm station presets have been erased and the radio defaults to 89.4. It's almost like I disconnected the battery. doesn't happen every time but enough to make it extremely annoying, and I don't know if this is related but about a year ago I was cleaning the interior and wiped the dust off the dash and ALL sounds (radio, Seatbelt, door open) went dead! I shut the truck off, and started it again and everything came back(haven't cleaned the dash with car running since)

Not sure if this Is the same, but twice since I got my truck (one year ago) my SXM favorites disappeared from the large display and I wasn't able to toggle them on the steering wheel. What I did was using the menu system on the steering wheel, I went into the audio section, and looked to see if my favorites where still there. They were, so I one at a time selected them, and each time I did that, they appeared back where they were supposed to be

Mine has done a hard reset a few times while driving. Speakers popped loudly, and the entire display shut off and re-set itself. Took it in to the dealer back when it was under warranty, they couldn't find any problems. I live with it
