Front End Squeaks

Hey guys I have a 3.5in suspension and 1.25" body lift by Rough Country that I installed just over a year ago. Have been retorqued after initial 500 miles and about 6 months ago. About a week ago the front end began speaking whenever i hit bumps or turn the wheel driving at slow speeds. Wondering if anybody has had any similar problems and what they ended up being? Put the rough country control arms in and didn't know if it could be them or a strut issue maybe? Thanks

I have found 2 culprits. The rear leafs. They sound like coming from front but really vibing through cab. When going side to side they creak and squeak. With truck parked go to the bed side and push side to side. If that squeaks tht is one. The other seems to be shocks.

I have replaced my rancho shocks with pro Comp lift ones. After a year they did the same. Start leaking and air gets in and makes a horrible almost grinding or rattling type Noise like something is loose. Same test. With truck parked go to the side and push. Side to side. It will show up. I currently have the squeak as my shocks are being changed Wednesday. As I'm going up to zone 6.5 and changing front shocks to billies but both of these issues are what I have, and have found the noise pin pointed.

Thanks for the ideas but nothing when I rock the rear end. It's 100% coming from the front whenever I hit a bump or when I'm stopped and turn the wheel. Sounds like it happens when a strut gets compressed

My dealer had a bulletin about the struts. But in my case I was way out of factory warranty and my extended warranty considers the strut a wear item like brake pads and does not cover the strut.

Ended up being the ball joint on the left upper control arm that rough country supplied. Thanks for the quick replies everybody.
