Maguiars black wax

Has anyone used Maguiars black wax on their black Silverado or Sierra?

I'm deciding whether to try it on my 2017 midnight. It seems to get pretty good reviews around the web.

It seems like most videos I saw were on older vehicles. Does anyone know if this wax is designed for older finishes or is it good for newer finishes as well ?

I haven't used it, But I used Maguiars Gold Class Wash , Polish , Wax , plus the touch up spray on both my Black trucks - 2015 & 2012 . its does a great job.

Car-brite makes a black paint specific wax worth every penny
