HVAC problem, 2011 ex cab 1500 C67 suspect blend door

The compressor runs fine, hi/lo pressures are good and no leaks. I think I have a blend door issue somewhere but before I go tearing into the dash blind to find it, I am hoping someone can narrow the search. The AC switch lights up it is the single zone dual rotary knob style controller with the AC selector being the center of the fan speed button same as this;

When i put the AC on all I get is vented air and no cooling whatsoever. I took the lower shield off and popped out the upper glove box to see if I could find anything and I see two actuators; 1 for the heat adjustment which works ( at least it moves incrementally with the switch ) and 2 the recirc air door which also works fine. I cant see any other actuators and that is all the info I currently have. Any help is most appreciated
