anyone good at reading the TIS website?

hey guys! im gonna get my tcm and ecm updated soon! I went on the TIS website but I dont know how to read it. Like what calibrations/software am i running? is it the latest one? how many updates am I behind etc?

I only care about TCM and ECU, so here it is attached.

2007. Hasn't been in for dealer service since like 2010 I believe lol. I do feel like my truck has a bad downshift between 35 and 70 and also a drive line clunk

My experience....there’s no programming out there that’s going to fix the problem you have. 2 or 4 wheel drive? Check U-joints. Make sure your slip yoke on the drive shaft/shafts are greased properly. Could be the transfer case making noise. Could be anything under the frame of a 2007.
