Wiper blade arm adjustment

Anyone know how to adjust wiper arm? I don't like how it leaves a streak down the edge of the windshield in my site line. 

I think the are should go 1" further......  sorry for sideways pix....

if yo adjust it to travel farther then it will not go to the bottom when in the park position

Clay the windshield. Then Aquapel. Maybe new wipers?

The issue is that the arm not the blade...I think the arm should go further to the edge of the wind shield!
