console gear indicator lights

I have a 2015 Colorado Z71 and the P indicator in the console is out. it turns orange in park but its not white when its in drive. I was wondering if yall know of a fix or could point me in the right direction. I am also having flickering on the thin blue light around the climate control panel. thanks guys

The indicator light is separate from the shifter, 23216366.  The hvac light would require a new hvac control head.
