Amp & Subs advice

So I’m looking to buy this set up, can someone give me some honest advice? Is this worth the money and do you think I’m buying junk? Just seems really cheap. Not really looking for a lot of bass but I want it to be clean. Thanks in advance

Remove the seats and cut 2 1/2" off of the retaining hooks on the back. When you lift up the seat bottoms the back of the seat also rises up and this will allow them to clear the latches.
