2017 GMC Sierra- Levelling Kit

Recommended Posts

Hey guys,

Looking for some help and or recommendations. Bought a 2017 GMC sierra elevation double cab 6 months ago, and want to level the front end to match or a bit higher than the back, and also put bigger tires on it. Just not sure what size or brand to go with, new to the whole lift/levelling world. My buddies have been saying rough country??? Also want to put some bigger tires on it, want to keep stock rims and put a bigger more aggressive tire on it.

Any help would be awesome,

Thanks ColtonIMG_3141.thumb.JPG.152b9d67551ff02aa2e30dead4a2df04.JPG

Hey !

I have a Rough Country 2" Level kit and couldnt be happier its a nice one to install took me about an hour both sides .. easy and pretty cheap and durable ... I highly recommend it !! ( Btw its not plastic but pressd nylon tested st 90 000lbs)

I have some 275/60/20 on the oem wheels ... 20x9... They come up to 33" total here is the final product .. hope it helps you. In your decision have fun 8041f512c579ec2da06efe0cc558799d.jpg

Here is my Elevation with a cheap leveling kit I got on Amazon, and 295/60/20 Nitto Ridge Grappler.

Here is the leveling kit I bought.  I had the Rough Country kit and sold it because the spacers are composite (plastic) and I just couldn't get over that.  I'm sure they are fine, but I'd rather have my shock supported by metal.

Personal preference i guess ... I prefer an actual and proven brand of lift kits than some chinese knock offs .. anyhow it isnt plastic btw its pressed nylon rated at 90 000lbs

Yup, to each his own.  I'm sure it would be fine, just not for me.
