Why wouldn’t you want stick on weights and a road force? Curiously asking.

Powder is self balancing, as the tire wears it moves accordingly. The last set of Michelins I did this with got over 100k miles out of that set and rode smooth as glass.

My concern is that I have had powder balancing work exceptionally well and not at all...

I also decided against Coopers this go around because I have had mixed results from them, both exceptional and not so much. Three sets of 265x70r17s, two tires out of round in each set. That's why I decided to go back to Michelin for a summer tire.

That would be my luck. I would have a mispowder event and my truck would wobble. But.. that could be cool if I can get my wife in the right tank top... yassssss

The benefit of using powder is that its once and done if it is successful. I can't imagine it won't be in a smooth tire...

Well...

Smooth as glass from zero to 70mph...ride is much improved. And they used Counteract balancing media.

Even got a $70 mail in rebate...which makes these Michelin cheaper than the Coopers.f641cf447b347e6a6aeb901f65902030.jpg

And I was mistaken on the tire size, 275x65r18, which is almost the same as a 265x70r17.

Got rid of the junk GoodYear that came on the truck, put on BFG KO2’s, lost 3-4 mpg’s plus hummed on highway so I took them back put on Michelin Defenders and the rest is history. ea52f0889e14badae2b211e605413b0e.jpg
