 That is a good question.  I have an 03 lowered 3/4.  Never had an issue with it.   I've had the driveshaft out of it before and didn't notice anything wrong.   The vehicles are built with room for travel in that area so essentially you would just have less.   I think you'll be just fine.   My motto is low and slow.   Over bumps at least.  Just drive easy you know and you won't ever have to worry.
