There are many different ways to lift a truck, and MANY different types of OEM suspension systems. As for your rig, I recommend looking up the factory specs, specifically the front and rear ride heights. Then measure your heights. Then factor in the wheels and tires - and your good to go.

just doesnt look like anything else, ordered a 2.5in front and 2in rear to do this week

That looks all stock to me.

No, it’s not lifted. All trucks have that same size block in rear. You front shows zero spacers. If you think you have s lift then you may obviously have had the torsion bar turned to high. Take a side pic of your truck.
