P0300 and P0102 codes

2004 z71 5.3 silverado the truck turns on but idles really rough (almost like a cam) and shuts off after I put in gear, when the truck is running rough if i unplug the mas airflow sensor it runs normal. I'm getting codes P0300 and P0104 i have cleaned the mas airflow sensor and not sure where to go from here with those codes.
