Crew Cab Seat back in a Double Cab

Has anybody attempted this? I am getting more riders in the back seat lately and would like to have the fold down arm rest/cup holders back there.

Is the base of the seat longer and if so, would there even be room ?

I believe he wants to use only the back section and keep the same lower seat section.  I didn't know double cabs didn't have the center cupholder fold down.  I think you can make it work.

Ah, make sense.  The cup holder would help but the arm rest is not worth having in my opinion.

Are the seat backs the same in a 2015 Silverado double cab and crew cab?  I believe the bottoms are different sizes.  Thanks
