Chevy Reaper acceleration issue

Not sure if this is the right location for this post, but if anyone has any ideas that would be great.

i have a 2014 Chevy Reaper, it’s the 5.3 with a supercharger that was tuned by Lingenfelter. It had 18k miles on it when I got it and I’ve put about 10k on it since then. A big problem I’m having is under full acceleration the truck will fall on its face, then pull hard, and then fall on its face and repeat. It almost feels like the traction control is activating even when it’s disabled. Now, it doesn’t do it every time. Sometimes it will pull hard and smooth. I called lingenfelter and the clossest shop they recommend is over 2hrs away from me. So I figured I’d try and trouble shoot the issue myself. Just trying to figure out where to start. I’m thinking about try a colder spark plug or dropping the tank to check the fuel screens(with the low miles I’m sure the truck sat a lot). I’m also wondering if it’s the trans. I’ve read a lot about the transmissions In these trucks being wonky and shifting funny. Maybe it’s just the nature of the beast. Any ideas would be awesome. Thanks in advance for the help.

Do they have a fuel filter? I thought I read that it was in the take and it’s just the screens on the bottom of the pump.

I’ll double check. When I ran a data log on it, I don’t recall there being any fuel pressure drop. I’ll try and run it again tonight and get some numbers.

When it falls on its face, is it while pulling through a gear, or does it fall before/after making a shift?

No fuel filter other than the strainer/sock on the in tank fuel pump.
