Adding keyless entry

I have an 04 Silverado WT RCSB that has power door locks and i was wondering how difficult it would be to add keyless entry. And with keyless entry, when activated, would interior/puddle lights turn on. If not, would it be possible to make that happen? And how difficult would that be? Thanks, Jerry

you can check to see if you vehicle has the factory keyless entry module and purchase a remote and have it programed, or aftermarket brand works just as good too with more range. as long as you buy the correct integration module for the aftermarket units its pretty easy.

this module does not need to be updated/flashed for you vehicle, works right out the box just have a large manual to thumb through to find you vehicle info.

they have other modules that are easier but require a "flashing" for you specific vehicle, the shops can do that for you.  the "flashing" need to be done before its sent to you, you can not do it your self without a deal login.

Keyless can be done with out these modules but would be a headache.
