OP that’s a grill overlay from E&G classics. Might be easier to buy the overlap and paint your chrome trim.

The picture shows an overlay but that style of grille is sold as a whole as well, trying to find one already summit white with the chrome insides

I've never seen one but I can't imagine it's too hard to have it painted.
