Crank no start after tuneup

I have a 95 k1500 did a full tune up on it with all OE Delco equip. I have spark at all 8 plugs on both plug and cap end, can see fuel being fed when cranking over and also have good fuel pressure. I also have good compression on all eight as well. I also replaced the ignition coil after seeing it spark out the side and still crank and no start. I’m wondering if the ignition module could have gone bad???? My dad owned the truck before me and said that it would “surge” every now and then. Could that module have been my problem from the get go???

Almost 100% certain it's the ignition module.  Make sure to put the white insulating paste under it before installing it back on the distributor base plate.
