Leaf springs center nut

Does anybody know what the center nut on the leaf spring supposed to be torqued at

I'm not really sure I just made it snug very snug and use Loctite

I don't think you have to get crazy cuz the U Bolt leaf spring clamps really hold them together. Also

Ok sounds good I read somewhere it was about 15 lbs but wanted to make sure thanks again
