sirius

hey guys , new to trucks , bought a 07 denali 6.2 ... it has a sirius xm stereo , when i use the add /remove catagories , .. then go back to the stations , the ones i said remove are still showing in the list ,i called sirius and with terrible broken english , the gil told me it was a gm issue and i should go to a dealer .... that doesnt sound right .... anyone have any clues ?
