Guys I’m sorry to bother y’all with this as I have done extensive research on this topic but, I was hoping someone could really help me out. I have a 99 Z71 Sierra that is throwing an encoder motor code. (Svc 4wd). I’ve replaced every part except the tccm. I am still having the same issue. I’ve pulled in wires under the truck etc. I have checked all fuses (even non 4wd). I have also cleaned the frame under the drivers door and mounted the wires back onto it.  It started when the transmission was pulled out and replaced. The shop foreman at the GM dealer is my buddy and scanned it for me with the tech 2 and gave me that encoder motor code. Thanks in advance! Again, I apologize as I have done everything I have found out about this issue and still no positive results. I just hate to keep bugging him about it.
