Space Wrangler Posted January 30, 2019 Posted January 30, 2019 I did something to my AT4 infotainment screen to have it split to show both audio and nav (each on half the screen). I can't figure out how to make it do this again. I do not have my "infotainment manual" handy. Does any one know how to do this (or have a link to a pdf of the infotainment manual)? This might make a good addition to the "post cool feature discoveries on your T1" thread. If my 2016 sierra had this feature then I never used it. 1 Quote

Rduatctt Posted February 17, 2019 Posted February 17, 2019 Does anyone know how to make the screen dimmer? To bright at night! Quote
Rocz3cqg Posted February 17, 2019 Posted February 17, 2019 (edited) Have you tried turning down the brightness control on the left hand side of the steering wheel? The unit also has a Display Mode under Settings > System > Display > Display Mode. Edited February 17, 2019 by Rocz3cqg 1 Quote
OnTheReel Posted February 17, 2019 Posted February 17, 2019 There was a glitch with my loaner where the screen wouldn't dim at all with the automatic lights. If I cycled the headlight switch from "auto" to "off" and back to "auto", it would then turn it's brightness down as it should. If yours isn't dimming at all, I would try that. Obviously it's not a fix but at least a temporary work around. Quote

Obviously it's not a fix but at least a temporary work around. I'm having a similar problem with my Trail Boss only it is the opposite, too dim during the daylight, can't see screen very well. If I cycle the headlight switch to off and back to auto it will brighten. Night time brightness is not a problem for me. Quote
OnTheReel Posted February 18, 2019 Posted February 18, 2019 Yeah, I also had that issue as a part of it. Dim in day, but also full brightness at night. Quote
wrutherf Posted February 18, 2019 Posted February 18, 2019 Same here with it being Dim in the day. Didn't really notice it until this weekend (first time in a while sun was out). Dim such that it was hard to read - almost like it was set to be dimmed when the headlamps are on. Quote
JD Sexton Posted June 15, 2020 Posted June 15, 2020 Is the 2020 GMC Yukon Denali equipped with split screen? It will not swipe right or left. Quote
