GMC Tri fold running boards

i just purchased a 2018 GMC Denali in January and thought the trip fold running boards would be a plus. Once i got home and my disabled wife tied to get in the trucks knew we had problems. It was difficult

for her to raise her leg up to step on the board because it comes straight out instead of being lower like the factory ones on my trade in...So i had to get aftermarket ones which are are better for her because

as i said they are a little lower.. Now i have factory trifold running boards that i can't use. If there is anyone that has a use for them, i will sell them dirty cheap .Boards,motors etc....

Those are pretty slick! I had to google it a week or so back when someone else mentioned them. 

If they had a solid black version I’m afraid id be looking for some.

If if everything works out, I’m meeting him next weekend to pick them up. 

 

I love the way these operate, so I’ll just have the chrome sprayed with durable black bed liner spray and be good to go!! Can’t wait!

Oooohhhh... that's a great idea! I was thinking about spraying some Plasti-dip on mine to get rid of the chrome, but.. I think this would be even better.

I've picked them up and I plan on taking them apart pretty soon to see if I can just get that chrome strip off to get bed liner sprayed on it. I Did the bed liner spray on the front chrome mustache but noticed the other day there is a big bubble in it, that I know wasnt there a week later after I did it. So not sure how that even developed.
