Truck starts, runs, drives, then dies.... repeat

2002 Silverado 5.3L.  I recently put my truck into storage and the other week I went to start it up and take it for a drive around the block.  It started up easy, idled for about 10mins then pulled out of my driveway and died.  It started back up easy and drove around the block, then died again.  Started up again and puttered back into the garage.  It's only been in storage for a couple months.

Did you add fuel stabilizer before storage?  Gas goes bad in as little as 30-45 days now.  Also a common issue on the GMT-800s are the fuel pump (in the fuel tank) and fuel pressure regulator.  (engine bay)

No I didn't add any stabilizer, and it had below 1/4 tank when I stored it so the first thing I will try will be to put some fresh gas in.  And I just did the fuel pump a year ago.  I will look into the regulator, thanks!
