New Truck owner from MN

Hello!

 

A week ago tomorrow we traded in our family Van for our truck, a 2016 GMC Sierra SLT 1500 crew cab. One owner with slightly higher miles at 79k. It's loaded for options and overall I'm happy with it. It seats our 3 kids car seats comfortably in back.

 

What led me here if the torque converter shudder issue. I tried to have my dealership that sold the truck to me do the new as of Jan 2019 fix with the new fluid but they are saying no. That's a different story though.
