Best and least expensive way to change rim color

I’m interested in changing the color of the stock rims, but don’t know how to go about doing. I don’t have a spare set that I can put on the truck while they are being powder coated. I’d like to keep the dark chrome accents, and have the silver changed to black. Sure having them painted (somehow) would be cheaper than buying new rims?  Any suggestions? I’m in the Houston area if anyone has any connections.

Least expensive is rattle can but it will look exactly like that (cheap). Best way is to find a local rim repair place and have them pull, paint, and reinstall but it won't be cheap. In Orlando, my guy did a set of wheels for me for 400 and that was with me giving him bare rims

Either rattle can or maybe plasti-dip in case you ever change your mind? I wonder if a wrap would hold up?

To get a good proper finish, an automotive type application with coating would give you the most longevity by far.

Hard part for you or a shop will be masking off the machined argent color currently painted so you can get at the aluminum machining.

Anyone have any photoshop skills that could create a mock-up of how it would look?

I had mine painted Piano Black. These are factory 20's. I like the look much better than stock. Also added Nfab RKR steps in place of the cheap factory ones. Oh, the tires are General Grabber AT 285 60 20. I have used plastidip in the past on other wheels. It works good if you do the prep, there are plenty of YouTube videos on how to do it correctly. And it isn't permanent. You can pressure wash it off.

That being said, i'm looking to buy one factory 20" wheel to use as a spare if anyone has an extra.
