Rear Seat Headrest Rattle

Are you guys hearing a rattling or clicking/knocking sound coming from

Had the same thing coming from the passenger side rear head rest when I first bought the truck. Have 7000 miles now and it went away by itself.

Take out.  Pull mounting bars apart. Switch headrests from left to right.  Problem solved

Same issue this morning. Spread the bars. Hopefully this works.

I have the same rattle in the left rear  headrest. I took it back and the technician heard the noise by driving around the block   He said yep there must be something loose behind the seat. The rear set has to come out .....WHAT?  You know when something like that gets taken apart never gets back in the same way. So I told him don’t remove the seat. I came and switched the headrest around and the rattle is gone!!

I found that the plastic around the rear seatbelts rattles in my 2020 sierra elevation.
