Black/Unresponsive Screen

Owned our 2019 Trail Boss for less than a week and the Infotainment screen isn't working properly. At first, it was unresponsive to touch. It also didn't respond to selection of any buttons below the screen. Tried using the power button to turn it off but nothing happened. At first opportunity to pull over and turn the truck off, we did thinking it would reset everything. Now the screen is blank and the buttons still don't work. Will be calling dealership in the morning for advice but thought I would ask here first. Any suggestions?

You can disconnect the battery for 15 minutes and see if it comes back but best to take it in not working.

Im having issues with mine going dark as well but it usually re sets after an engine re start.
