Finally got mine installed. Turned out pretty good. Don't use that second prep pad. It definitely left some kind of glue residue. It dripped on my bumper and left blue streaks I had to get off.

I think the smoke color is perfect for the trail boss0070d4f5757aca3dfad80e83ffd6c99b.jpg

It does complement the front end of your TB for sure. Perhaps some clay bar/ compound and polish would help remove the residue?

Also, don't peel off the AVS sticker on the bug shield like I did tonight. The AVS logo is actually etched into the bug shield under the sticker and it looks worse than leaving the sticker on.

Advance Auto Parts just cancelled my order of an AVS Part No 25956 due to inventory issues.  Off to find the next candidate!

If you live or visit Florida during the April-May and August-September Love Bug season then a bug screen is a good idea!

Just installed the smoke black  AVS Areoskin #322168 this evening. Install went pretty good, I had no trouble with the second prep pad, it does leave a residue but it will wipe off with little effort. BTW I installed this by myself, would have been easier with two people.

Yeah its easier with two people. I just used some blue painters tape. I didn't use the second prep pad and mine has been on for two weeks with no sign of the tape lifting at the corners
