Wheel Spacers and truck vibrating

Hey there, just wondering if any of you have ever had issues with wheel centric and hub centric wheel spacers causing a pulsating/vibrating at higher speeds? I have a 2017 1500 Z71 and have factory wheels with 2" spacers and now I get a pulsating at 75mph. It never did it before.

Simple test, remove the spacers and see if you still get the vibrations.

 

If you don't get them after removing the spacers, then it sounds like the spacers weren't machined right.

Believe it or not, a band in my tire was bad. It was a weird coincidence that it happened when I had just put the spacers on. It really threw me.
