What transmission did you have on truck?.....6 or 8?

I had the 6-speed transmission.

 

Not sure which version but it was purchased direct from Range in July 2018 to ensure it had the latest available at the time. It has never caused any problems or thrown any codes.

The current version is 8.6 R1. I have it on my 2018. So far after 5k miles no problems, no lights. I love it. If you want to update it just contact range tech and they will have you mail it to them to update for free. Only pay shipping. The version is indicated by blinking lights when it is initially plugged into your vehicle.
