So it sounds like GM Customer Service is going to possibly send a replacement, which was worrisome since I was afraid the replacement would leak also.  The original cover is part # 84060328, but it appears that possibly GM pulled that cover after a redesign (maybe?) and now the part # is 84679033.  I could not find any information to look for differences between these 2 covers.  So now I'm faced with the decision on whether or not to let GM send this newer part # cover, but surely it will be better.

Can anyone provide any info or where I might can find some info between the 2 covers?

Thanks!

After I traded in my 2017 Sierra LT for a 2019 Sierra Denali, I needed a new cover and got this instead:

This leaks very little from my experience over last 6 months.  The GMC cover that came with my 2017 Sierra definitely leaked more during drive through car wash.  You might just need to tighten the clamps.

I recently had the dealer install the Rev hard folding cover.  6 trips to the dealer later, (for various tonneau issues including heavy leaking) they are taking it off today and refunding my money.  I told them to come to the house to pick it up and bring it back later sans cover with $$ for refund.  They agreed.  I was not making a 7th trip  to the dealer for tonneau issues.  This was a total mess and the last time they tried to fix the leaking (after receiving new weatherstipping from the mfgr) it leaked worse than ever.  All four corners.  i understand that these things arent waterproof, but this wasn't even close.  I am going to go to a local truck parts/accessories store that specializes in this stuff and buy a different one from them and they will install it.

My dealer installed one leaked real bad but when I looked they set it to far forward.  So i had to adjust it.  Now it's back to a normal cover leak just a few drops here and there.

How did you adjust the cover? I'm currently dealing with leaking at the tailgate
