Possible to record / log cameras?

Hello all! I just received my 2020 AT4, which seems like a fantastic truck so far and a real step forward from the previous generation. 

 

I'm trying to add a layer of security to the truck using some of the existing tech. Has anyone managed find a solution to add a hard drive and capture the cameras on the vehicle? I'd ideally like to find a way to do it while driving and while parked.

Not possible. You will need to buy a separate dash cam setup.

I already have one, but it doesn't incorporate a dozen cameras that capture every angle of the truck. It's certainly possible, it just hasn't yet been done by someone. We'll just hope someone is industrious enough to make it happen.

If they still haven't figured out how to get a clean audio signal from the headunit because GM changed up the data system once again, I wouldn't hold my breath on an inline recorder coming out anytime in the next few years. There would also have to be a demand for it to make the R&D worth while to make it. So I will correct myself to say improbable, not impossible.
