suburban flares with running lights?

Saw a brand new suburban at Sebring last month, it was a 2500 and the fender flares were body color (white) with running lights built into them.

 

Has anyone ever seen fender flares with running lights built in? It looked awsome. Is it a factory option or aftermarket?

 

There is an option for rooftop running lights. Maybe it comes with that option.

The fender flares with running lights in them are standard on the Quadra-Steer models.They have a wider rear end and need the flares to cover the tires.I would imagine the flares are availble from the dealer but would probably be overpriced.
