Fuel Injector additional protection

Just received a letter for my 17 Silverado  stating additional warranty coverage on the fuel injectors. 10 years or 150k miles. If repairs were made reimbursement is available. Maybe I missed it ,was it posted someplace?

Where do I go to see if my truck is under that warranty? I am the second owner of my Silverado with injector problems but don’t want to spend the money unless I have to
