My fuel pump was recently replaced but now the fuel gauge needle doesn’t change. When I went to fill the tank gas started pouring out from underneath the rear door on the drivers side. What’s going on?

Take it back to whoever fixed your fuel pump and have them diagnose and fix whatever they didn't complete.  Sounds like they trapped some wires under the top ring that is holding the fuel pump in place and when you filled the tank, the level of the fuel got to where this part got installed and it started to leak.  Mistakes happen, do not delay in taking it back for them to correct.
