Gms aka gm family first sucks

Gm employee discount is having a problem online when you try and request an authorization number. You're supposed to answer questions related to yourself such as what street are you associated with or who....ect.... and I guess its giving people problems and having answers that aren't associated with you.

So when u call they tell you they will mail it out and you'll get it in 5 to 7 business days.

 

I was supposed to pick up my new truck today but because of this I have to wait until next week or possibly the week after

 

I'm so pissed right now

Can't be much of an advantage anyway, all a matter of ability to bargain and break chops. I've always purchased cheaper that it would have sold with that discount.

Yeah I had that discount also but told them I wanted another grand off to buy it and they made the deal. Never asked for the code. Go in and tell them you want the truck now or your not buying it. Guarantee you drive away with it without a code.....
