2016 Colorado 8" Mylink radio presets randomly lose their setting

2016 Colorado 8"Mylink with Bose.

I lose the settings on my presets randomly, but only for the music on the USB flash drive. The AM/FM radio presets never go away.

Everything will be good for a while, then out of the blue they will be blank. The USB stick stays plugged in the console port.

Anyone else have this problem?

My music on my USB is arranged by artist/album/songs. This was done on an imac manually with the "finder" app.
