Need recommendations on Trail Boss rock sliders

I don't like the look of steps that hang down, but I would like to mount something in that space, up close to the frame in order to protect the rocker panel. If there is a step or running board that offers decent protection there, but doesn't take away from my ground clearance, that might be ideal.

Truck is a 2019 LT Trail Boss crew cab, 275/60r20 tires. Need something discreet, not terribly expensive, but will protect that rocker panel from small dings and scrapes.

Suggestions?

I saw some pretty nice looking sliders at the auto show on the new 2020 HD AT4. I don't know if they will fit on a 1500 but they looked pretty good for mild use.

I went with rough country xl2 I dont have them on the truck yet they were just delivered yesterday

Yeah, I went with the Lund because of the price, and because I think I can later order side steps that quickly bolt and unbolt when needed... Not sure on that part, I think these ones can do that, but in the end I just wanted that rocker panel protected a bit from dents and dings...

Will do, they should be here on Sunday, and the weather is supposed to be dry and sunny, so I will take advantage and mount them up and get some nice pics of the install.

Yeah, I think they will, to a point. I wouldn't want to rest the entire weight of the truck on them but I think that with them not quite hanging down as far as the frame, they won't get hung up on stuff and will take minor dents and scrapes just fine.

Yes I did but unfortunately I'm still trying to figure out how to post pictures on the forums. I have some better pictures but the files are too large.
