New recall

I received an email from my dealer today. Recall - brake system control module interaction with the mybrand app remote start feature.  2020 Chevy Silverado LT 1500 3.0L diesel

Yep, I made an appt for it yesterday.  Hopefully it is a one-and-done issue...

Me too, I love my 3.0 after 4500 miles it hasn't had any issues except 3 recalls. None of which affected me. However it is unsettling that the service dept knows me by voice when I call in.

Yes I have the recall too but never got a letter and another brake issue. Oh Fine! I like how they try to disguise it calling it a “program” instead of a recall.

There are many types of "Campaigns". Not all get a letter sent out to customers. Not all are recalls. Yours is a

"Customer Satisfaction Program " campaign. Still covered by your 3/36 warranty.

Why the 2019 Campaign is a "NonCompliance" campaign  vs  a 2020 "Customer Satisfaction Program " campaign ?

Same issue same cure. Who f***k'n knows.
