DamThatGuy Posted April 22, 2020 Posted April 22, 2020 Should the speakers be able to come on with the tailgate closed? Several times now, I go outside and my tailgate is blaring music from my phone for god knows how long. I'm sure my neighbors hate me.

There is a sensor that turns the speaker off when the tailgate is closed.
Theweavman Posted May 10, 2020 Posted May 10, 2020 I'm sorry about this issue your having, and with the high cost of this Kicker tail gate music system, it should be trouble free, but aside from the fact that this is a real understandable problem for you, .....I do find it humorous, I can just imagine coming out to your truck and finding music blaring from the bed....... I don't mean to sound like this isn't a very real problem, and I would be upset too, but there just is a tiny bit of humor in it, might be fun on Halloween with the right sound track......SORRY !!!
