Aftermarket camera for invisible trailer?

I just bought a 2020 SIlverado LTZ with tech package. Has anyone tried connecting an aftermarket camera for behind the trailer specifically for use for invisible trailer? Thanks in advance.

I would like to answer but I order camera back in March and mine is still on Backorder till late May. They have moved back date 3 times already so not confident it will come then. I do have a cheap 7" wired backup camera on my trailer that gives view all the time that I have used for years to see fast ****** come up on me so don't pull out and get hit. Works so so on backing up (I don't trust it in tight places, but some of that is me LOL)

BJ Niceguy - yah, I placed an order a while back too basically the day i got my truck. Getting a little annoyed with all the delays. I'm going to be taking my trailer out this weekend and wanted to see if I can just pick up a cheapo one with the same plug and do it. would love to be able to use one of the main features that I bought into. ah well.
