Would not start it again, sounds like something has broke in the engine.

 

Valve spring, push rod, collapsed lifter, flashing CEL is not a good thing.

But if I shut off the engine and unplug the battery it run perfect for a day or so and then light comes back on blinking... And traction control light comes on...it is mind boggling

You need to figure out what codes the computer is tossing when it starts to flash the check engine light. That will point you in the direction to look at. It could be more than just a misfire. So plug,wire, injector circuit etc

 

Off chance that it's a computer driver issue on just than cylinder.
