My apologies if this is a repeat thread. I have a 2019 Silverado Z71 1500, my driver information center will just shut down on me while driving. Sometimes the music will go up a bit and I can hear a bit of a crackle just before it shuts down. When it comes back up my GPS icon has the circle with line going through it and there is no temp showing. I bought it new August 2019 and it's been doing this since November. The dealership can't find anything wrong and stated if there were other people out there with the same issue maybe there would be a recall at some point or I have to wait for it to completely die. I know one guy who has the same problem with his 2019 GMC Sierra but same thing with his dealership, anyone else having this issue or know what is causing this?

I've heard of and seen mine have the "flicker" when it first starts up.  The Chevy graphic logo flickers and isn't smooth at all.  Maybe search this forum for "flicker" and see how they solved that, could be similar.  Sorry, never heard of this specific problem.
