Front license plate / Braket

I have 3500 AT4 2020 and I would like to install a front license plate. Is there any option that doesn’t required drilling hole in the front bumper.

Go to a dealer and order the correct parts, if you want it to look and be 'stock'.

 

Trucks shipped to front plate locations have different pieces in that area.

 

Should be a no cut and no drill installation. 

 

 

(The kit is a 'forced' option code on trucks that are ordered for delivery in front license-plate-states.)

Factory plate bracket gets two holes drilled in the plastic panel below the bumper bar and is then held in place with three rivets.  Kit # is 84186106.

Don't know what a new one cost, but I have the one that came with my 2020 3500 ill never use it if your interested.

Where in PA?  I’m in Binghamton next to Scranton.  Does the package have necessary hardware?  Is it simply screws?

Just screws. Bedford PA.
